According to Vincent - at least I think it was Vincent - there was a film festival "release" in September of '93, then Sundance in January of '94, then the theatrical release in later '94, so *technically*, I suppose you could say it's a 10th anniversary edition; although, if you go strictly by the theatrical release date, it would be the 9th anniversary.
So, yeah.....
