Some Res Dogs quesitons

1. does it seem like to anyone else they want the DVD to seem kinda fucked up? like when going to deleted scenes it freezes on purpose.

2. the Bonnie nurse they speak of, (they also say "this bonnie situation") is this supposed to be the bonnie from Pulp Fiction?

3. Any idea where in the movie the deleted scene that has Buscemi Penn and Keitel in the car talking, goes in the movie?

4. a tidbit: in the trailer, they mis-pronounce buscemi's name
