When I took a screenwriting class last year, my teacher use to read scripts for the studios or something like that, can't remember what he actually did.
But he said that usually your draft into the studio is your treatment or roughly 80 pages. I guess he should know, he also helped produce Miss Ever's Boys, which won an emmy award.

Though I could be mistaken and you just hand in your first draft and nothing else.
