Excel help? (I hate MS too.)

Hey folks. I'm looking for a hand with a nested formula in excel. What I want to do should be simple, but come on people, Microslop is involved.

All I want to do is calculate the sum of all values in one column where there is ALSO a "1" value in the column two over. Any ideas??? By the way, yes I already went to microsoft dot com for support.
