I'd go with Metatron from DOGMA and Holden from CA

Metatron is perfectly written and brilliantly acted, I want entire movies about him. Same thing with Holden, such a well-rounded character, makes so many mistakes, but you can completely understand each one. And Affleck was letter-perfect, so likable.
