Anywayzzzz, I think you're missing the point - if people have a question for Kevin, but happen to be leaving the board for a while (if they've got something crazy like a social life to attend to), then maybe if they just told other board members of an urgent question they wanted answered (in case Kevin came on the board), then they could. And what more do you want? I'm not a social worker (or 'sershal werkar', as Geordies call them), it's not my job to come up with super clever ideas to make the world a better place. Just a suggestion.
