While, yes, getting it on your back is said to be one of the more painful places, your shoulder blades in back are among the, if not *the*, least painful place, and, like Donnacha said, you won't have to see it all the time and get quickly bored by it. Also, I believe the ankle is lower on the pain aspect. But, let's be clear about something ... it doesn't really hurt. It's a really strange sensation, not quite a tickle and not quite a poke, that doesn't so much hurt as annoy, and what makes it strange is that you know that you've asked them to do it and could stop it at any time.
