While I don't agree that Bonham was not a special drummer, it's nice to see somebody finally take Keith Moon's side. He was a very good drummer, and that may have been overlooked because his wild personality was more noticeable to most people than his technical prowess.

As for The Who falling apart after Keith died, I'm not entirely sure we can blame that ALL on the loss of Keith. I think The Who may have just been running out of steam by this time. Almost all bands start losing their brilliance at some point: I thank GOD The Beatles broke up when they did. Anyway, it's not like Jimmy Page really created anything of great note after Bonham's death.
