: STAR WARS, EPISODE WHO GIVES A SHIT: ATTACK OF THE SHIITY FILMMAKING wasn't actually filmed in IMAX- in fact, it was "filmed" in a digital format that actually has less resolution than 35mm film- the so-called "24P" High-Definition Sony format, which has about the same resolution as Super-16 film (an AMAZING 800 X 1440 pixels, compared to approx. 3000 X 4000 pixels on 35mm negative). So basically, you were seeing Super-16 resolution blown up to IMAX dimensions.
