but i agree. The X-Box is a waste of everything and anything. Plus, the damn thing is huge! I need a pallate jack just to pick up a controller. Since the third parties have decided to start making games for all the systems. I am hardly starting to see a point any longer. It is not like it was in the 8 and 16 bit wars. If you really think there is a huge difference between a Madden or a Resident Evil for the different systems then everyone is crazy.

pound for pound, i think Nintendo always had the opportunity to win. But they blew it with the 64. It had the ability to do some cool shit with no load time. Trouble was that no companies bothered to make decent games for it until it was too late. I sense the Cube is going to suffer the same fate. Hell, i think changing the view with Metroid Prime is a mistake.

But then again what do i know? nothing...

: and I know nobody really wants to hear but I figure I could start an intelligent convo on games.

: But I think that X Box is really a waste... I mean the graphics are great, and yeah sure it has its own hard drive... so why not just get a PC? Theres nothing an X Box has that a good PC does not... you can even buy video game controllers if you aren't comfortbale with playing the keyboard, and most games now are coming out in all formats - including the PC. AND, you dont have to buy a new system every 3 years like the X Box... just upgrade your PC for MUCH cheaper, and dont worry about giving up your old games... it just doesnt make sense.
