just upgrade your PC for MUCH cheaper, and dont worry about giving up your old games... it just doesnt make sense.

Well, a tricked out computer with appropriate memory, graphics acceleration and monitor will set you back anywhere from $1200-4000 depending on how much of a hog you want for a computer. Add to that the fact that you have to worry about compatablity issues, bugs, patches, etc. with a PC (for gaming), and then factor in the fact that "action" games (i.e. controller-type games) are not a large part of the PC game library (or that you generally have to configure the controls for each game)....

Then compare that to a $200, works-right-out-of-the-box console, with graphics on par with the meatiest PC, and that plays on your TV.. AAAAND the fact that this box also plays DVDs, and all the games you buy for it will work 100% of the time... and I don't get how you think spending $200 every 3 years is MUCH cheaper.

Also, TRY playing MORROWIND on anything but a crazy-powerful computer. Then play it on X-Box. A $200 machine kicks my $1300 computer square in the ass.
