I really don't know if sAm/'Kiss It' did it on purpose or if your column was open while he typed his column. If he did 'blatantly rip you off' than that is a shame and not very clever of him. If it was inspired by your column I would have started out the column stating that.
Of course...my columns really aren't that witty I guess.
