Maybe you were telling him that he is "A quality" and then using Piece of Shit as an exclamation.

In that case an exclamation point after "a" which should also be in caps for emphasis:

You're A! Piece of shit!

Now maybe you were grading what sort of shit he is. If so it's the same thing, except you replace the first exclamation mark with a comma.

Then again maybe you meant to put Your and not You're. If so, you could have been grading what type of shit he has. Then it's:

Your A piece of shit. Which is just how you wrote it, but you might want to clarify by saying.

You piece of shit is grade A. Or maybe, your grade A piece of shit has some corn in it. (Then you'd be topical!)

Otherwise, you have a sentence fragment.
