Really, it's not a bad idea but executing it might be. if not difficult, time consuming. Someone will have to edit the questions to weed out the inane, repetitive posts. I certainly am not volunteering to do it.
If you can come up with a good plan I am certainly willing to listen. After all, the URL and the server may be owned by me but the site is NOT mine.
