I just told her to write what she said she was going to, and that she needed to be more open to critique if she wanted to work with us since you, me, Tom and Darkfather aren't exactly known for our kid gloves.
We all deal with constant haranguing from each other, I fail to see why anyone else should be different... especially when I only started by suggesting that she find a single topic and stick with it and to turn her columns in on time.
It got nasty later, but she was the first to call names.
