Sorry buddy, your column's nicely written and all, but you'll have to write a little more 'tabloidy' if you're going to have it last for 1500 words or so. Like me - I should be your role model and/or hero.
Oh, and if you like gimmicks, get ready for the ULTIMATE gimmick in next week's column. Hear that sound? That's me scraping the very bottom of the barrel.
: Well,
: I want to actually have a following at The Crapper.
: I don't.
: Some say it's because I am an asshole, but I say that's not true, because Virgo read my column and we don't care for each other at all.
: So, what about my column sucks? I mean, I wouldn't read it, but I don't know how to fix it either because, let's face it, I read Star Trek pulp novels that no one else reads either... so sometimes you read stuff that you wouldn't expect others too and vice versa.
: Anyway, I think I can write, but shit if I'm sure about it, because I never get any feedback, good or bad.
: No one sucks my cock about the good things, or kicks me in the balls about the bad things so I never know how to fix the bad or overuse the good to the point of gimmick (can we say Haiku and LOL2002?)
: Anyway, I don't care if you hate me or not. I think my short story is proof that I can at least write decently. I have had my moments in my column and early on I had nothing but positive feedback and encouragement.
: I don't care if I get more of that, but I don't want to keep writing drivel if I could fix a few things and write something that you want to read.
: So, someone who has read my column please tell me what I should do to revamp it or simply polish it into something worth looking forward to every Thursday or so.
: Oh, and if you just think it sucks, that's cool, you can tell me, I won't whine like a pansy about it, but any actual feedback could help me keep it from sucking as much.
: Thanks.
