I don't LOVE James Bond movies, but at least they have well directed action scenes and whatnot. STAR WARS is the same thing, there's still great stuff to enjoy in those movies OTHER than the basic plot.
There's nothing in The Negotiator that you CAN'T see in any other movie. Sam Jackson and Kevin Spacey have both been WAY better in other films.
