They're in love, sure, but love does change even for couples married forever. I lived w/a girlfriend who I was very much in love with and thought I wanted to get married to her, but thankfully didn't. Love blinded me, so hopefully none of them are in that situation.
In all fairness, it may have to do with the fact that celebrities are in a different situation than the rest of us. They're afforded more luxuries than we are & that may be the reason(s) a lot of them get married quickly. I like them both & hope they last. But if it doesn't, it's something they have to live with of course.
But what does his looks have to do w/anything?
