As long as you have a ligitimate copyright on your script, i see no reason you shouldnt get full credit for your work (comic script). I wrote several comedys that i call "The Comic's Crypt" (a play of words on Comic Script, get it?) [see my link if you like]. I'm no expert on the legalities on copyrights, but i hope you enjoy it anyway!

P.S. Kevin Smith's work is great, isnt it!
the "your: Hi Kevin (or just about anyone who could answer this question will do just fine),
: I was wondering that if a writer were to write a script using a comic book property, what are the legalities involved, particularly if one is trying to get the script sold? I have, as a pet project, began working on a script for television based on a comic book series. While its been a little bit of indulgence, I just wondered what would happened if I ever wanted to try and sell the thing. If anyone can give me an idea, it would be much appreciated.
: Incidently, Kevin, might I just say that I love your movies and that Mallrats is my particular favourite. I have alot of arguments with my husband who thinks that Dogma is the best. The police were called. Anyway, I hope you keep making great movies and pray that someone would actually let you take a shot a Green Arrow movie.
