I couldn't possibly tell what song it is, and I think Mewes said on the commentary that it was just a little bit of "business" that he and Lee worked up on the day of shooting and Kevin used it. There really seems to be no reason for it, other than to end the scene with a little comedic moment. It works for me.
"Mah...Mah...Mah....Waaa....Waaaaaa!!!"
