The way it works on there is that every so often an icon of Jim Carrey's character pops up and you press enter/play and it jumps to the deleted scene that would have been in that spot in the movie. It's pretty cool, but the deleted scenes are a rough cut (is that the correct term?) and it's obvious that they are the cut scenes, not perfectly clear like on LOTR. I really just like watching movies, but with my newfound love of dvd's, I'm trying to learn more about the technical stuff that everyone talks about. Thanks!
