Damn, you should have known someone was going to name a serious movie in attempt to be funny, and find something 'off' about that movie that could have, very minutely, even related it to a slapstick comedy. And yes folks, that person is ME!

And no, I'm sticking by my choice as Saving Private Ryan as a slapstick comedy.
