Awesome articles I totally respect Kev's honesty ..even the oily stools !
Sometimes it's hard to admit your character flaws and ask for help. I was doing that myself in my personal mid-life crisis when i found the arena stuff...was good to know i'm not alone ...Stay positive Kev...avoid negative people...sometimes even your friends can drag you down
