I don't often post on this message board, but I do enjoy reading it from time to time. Earlier today (well yesterday actually, it's late now) I put in a bid on the Mystery Machine. I bid 875 and then had to leave my computer to drive my friends to meeting across town. When I returned the auction had ended. I figured there was good chance that I'd be out-bid while I was gone. But what I didn't expect was that the bast-- I mean "person" who outbid me would win by a dollar. 1 Dollar! It's kinda upsetting.
Of course I could be wrong. I don't know exactly how the computer auction system works. I had to long on to expired auctions to figure out what happened. Maybe it only showed me the last bid after mine. Maybe someone with a reasonable bid won?
Or maybe LIFE HAS DECIDED TO SCREW ME AGAIN!!!! AGHHHHH!!! My only hope is that maybe the bastard who won won't pay and I'll get the van. I really just want the thing to get girls. It's my understanding chicks love Scooby-Doo (and Kevin Smith movies).
