In a word friends, no.
The Longman's English Dictionary defines refuge thusly: "shelter or protection from danger, distress or difficulty", if this is indeed the case, then there is no refuge from James Gee.
Born in England in 1987 James Gee had a disturbed upbringing, in which he turned to comedy as a means of self-expression. At the age of 2 he was given his own primetime BBC show which captured Britain's hearts and proved to be the highest rating show both in 1989 and 1990. He continued to perform throughout the nineties, but on the side he was involved in a seedy web of malevolence.
His army of small bearded children gripped America's tv sets in 1991 as they staged their own private war against Bandladesh. And in 1993 he tied an ageing Luther Vandross to the side of the Empire State Building. Througout the nineties the world was shocked with seemingly outlandish rape allegations made against the star, which later turned out to be true. After being sentenced to a minimum sentence of fifteen years, he cut his wrists and was thought dead. After being buried however, he broke out out hise coffin and made his was to New York. After starting a small stage company (under the false name "Wames Gee") he once again climbed the celebrity ladder becoming one of the most celebrated British comedians of all time in America, but while trying one last rape the police burst into the hotel suite and cornered him. With no way out he cut his wrists once more, and this time died. He left behind a small journal detailing all his awful crimes and was buried next to his hero Richard Nixon.
So even to the end James Gee terrorised the world, and he can still do so from beyond the grave, so again I say "NO!" there is no refuge from James Gee.
