Basically you work your way up a Columbian drug cartel. Your natural enemies being rival cartels, the DEA, and the Drug Czar (oh, the horrors). Options in the game can include jumping to another cartel, playing double agent, and eventually running your own.
The cityscape would be rural, vehicles old with the exception of the cartels cars.
