I know you directed this question to Vincent, but I thought I'd add my two cents. I'm a pint drinker myself; the best Guinness in Red Bank is poured at The Dublin House. If you don't like the crowds, Sunday through Wednesday are the best nights to drink. Thursday, Friday and Saturday you're lucky to find an open spot at the bar. Maybe I'll bump into you there and save you a seat :)
