Not that this is, in any way, a "dive or dodgy bar", but there is currently a Triumph Brew Pub in Princeton, New Jersey (micro brew pub who makes a mean "Coffee and Cream Stout") and they are adding an additional location on Monmouth Street in Red Bank some time late next year. (they're working on the New Hope, PA location right now) They have a great website, too:
