Angry or not?

Fishing for opinions here.....

A lady friend of mine was supposed to meet me at a bar @ 6pm for a showing of a movie but didn't get there until 6:40pm (she did miss almost half the movie).

Why? Well she was chatting w/her gal friend on the telephone. Apparently she didn't think meeting at 6pm actually meant meeting AT 6pm but whenever the hell she wanted. She thinks I'm overreacting on this & that I shouldn't be upset at all.

Should I be angry or not?
