I hate saying this here but... Will Ferrel, other than in the Jeapordy skits where the material couldn't've been ruined by Carrottop, never did a thing on SNL for me. He's the one of all of them who most seemed like the kind of guy who's probably really really funny in person but it just doesn't translate to performance. The only times he's been funny to me is when he's been working with material that's damn near impossible to screw up. And, yeah, JSBSB was one of those situations where the material buoyed him.
