You're right, but I think they had already begun production on the DVD during Vulgarthon.
:Big Helium Dog... well that seems to be taking a little longer, but I think the writer is doing some more writing or something, right? I scanned through a couple days ago and thought I saw Lynch was doing something pretty big.
He's co-writing the screenplay for "Scary Movie 3". That's his next big project.
