: Total lack of Smokey, the fucking star of the original. When it comes to the most memorable part/character of a movie, unless they're dead they are a must-have for any sequel. I say what should have happened was someone needed to realize that if they can't afford Chris Tucker, they should morph the script into another movie. And not let Cube turn in to the Axl Rose of the movie world. Although this new Friday movie wasn't bad, I can't help but agree with myself right here.

and not as annoying as tucker. but tucker was still great in the original. i liked the first one, LOVED THE SECOND !!!! one of the funniest movies i remember watching. i saw it about 8 times during one summer, and laughed my ass off each time it was on starz. i really was disspointed with the new one though
