Kevin actually said, when the movie first came out, that he *didn't* do the stuff about the Spider-Man #129 (or whatever the first issue with The Punisher is), it came in a draft later than his, but that he expected that people would think he had when they hear he did uncredited re-writes. Apparently, he re-worked some characters a bit and re-wrote some dialogue. Then, the next draft, they re-wrote the dialogue again. I never saw it, so I can't say, exactly, what and where.
