As far as love is concerned, I do believe that there are perfect matches out there. Not necessarily one person for one person, but groups of people that fit well with other groups of people. Also there are some that will never have a successful relationship. And love at first sight, why not? Hey, it can happen. Once again, it's all the perception of the people that it's happening too.
So in conclusion: yes, no, and maybe (should've been a politician).
