It was 40 bucks because the demand for it is reletivitaly low. Thats whe 7 Smuri is 50 bucks and Star Wars was 10. It's simple economics. Suply adn Demand.
However, I would wait till the CLERKS 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY EDITION comes out probably within the next year. It'll probably not be more than 20 bucks and you'll get all sorts of goodies.
