Anybody have XM?

I want to get one hooked up to my car. How much equipment is involved and how much do they cost. I went to BestBuy.com but they don't tell you how it all works, they just have prices for all the different available equipment. I know there is a monthly fee, but it's only like 7 to 9 $$ a month. Thanks for any help.
