Im suprised at how much you guys seem to think you will have to pay from the US. Me and the Girlfriend may be off to Hawaii next Summer and some of the more expensive ones were about £800 ($1287) each for a week in a nice hotel (flights, transfers, hotel etc), and thats from the UK!
