While I do believe your story you can imagine what would happen if View Askew did indulge your wishes for new DVD's. It would start with you and then every con-artist would start saying their house burnt and asking for replenished DVD's. I am just saying I would not hold my breath if I were you. Sorry to hear about your house though.
