I like X Boxes internal save feature, and it's games are some of the best looking out there. But the only games for it that I really enjoyed were Halo, Jet Set Radio and the small amount of Splinter Cell I played.
I'm gonna say Playstation. The system isn't without it's faults, but it has some of the strongest titles out there. I want more that I can play online, which is why I'm looking forward to Resident Evil Online and Final Fantasy XI.
