Move out LA ward, and pursue an acting career with no regards to money. Just cause I love it. (what am I saying, I've been acting for years and not getting paid for it. sigh)
Open a youth hostel of sorts for poor actors/artists, kind of a studio/dorm.
Buy a theater in a small vacation like town, like Cape May, or Macinack Island.

Travel extensivly.
