i had the chance to attend an AQUABATS/SAVE FERRIS/GOLDFINGER show about 4 years ago... nothing but fun... of course at the time TRAVIS (blink182) was their drummer--but no one knew who the hell he was at the time.
i always thought "wow" was reserved for something you like....?
