I agree. But people will still complain. Whenever someone does the smallest thing wrong someone will be there to tell them. Thats why we are human. I also don't think people think its the end of the world, they just want something they haven't gotten yet. If anyone should respond to people when they complain it should be Kevin, and if he doesn't respond then maybe we should take the hint.
