Yes you do, and no, I'm not a "shrink", I happen to work in forensics. Which, yes, includes psychological profiling of evidence, such as hate mail, and crime scenes. I just recognized something within your letter that I am trained to see as a "red flag". Your defensiveness, I might add, doesn't really help your case, btw.
