The gold art is a plastic slip cover that was put on a limited number of copies of the disc. The regular case underneath is what's available now, without the slip cover. they did the same thing with the Bull Durham special edition....the first however many copies had a slip cover, the rest don't.

: not a very important one, but a question none the less. i got my usual suspects se dvd today. the front is just the common poster art, with the words special edition found on top. But on a bunch of websites, (and i believe ive seen em in stores as well) its this special golden art. I checked the extras, and i have all the same. I know there wasnt two SE of the usual suspects out. so i guess they just changed the artwork, or have two going for them? Why would they do that? just curious
