the brand would fail. If any ad used gay men as anything other than comedy...if they use them for sexual appeal or anything else, the brand will then be thought of as the "gay brand" and no straight men would buy it because it is thought of as that "gay brand". Thus, the brand would be limiting their market to purely gay people and be cancelling out over 75% of the market potential for the brand, losing tons of money in the process....
