I posted this message a while ago, but it got buried and I'm realy quite curious to know the answer. I'd be really interested to know what happenned with Matt Gissing, is he still writing and, if so, what's his latest project? I think it'd be a terrible shame if he gave up on writing, 'cos I saw some real talent in the Drawing Flies script.
On a related issue, I've come to really treasure Drawing Flies as a film. I only saw it a couple of months ago, though I'd developed a weird obsession with it ever since I first read about it back in the mists of time. I think it's beautifully shot, features some truly amazing locales and some hugely spirited performances.
So, thanks for the flick Malcolm, and if you can answer my question about Matt, then I'd be a happy rabbit.
