within reason, of course. To say that you 'live like a fugitive', you've obviously gotta be smoking quite a bit of pot. I wouldn't call a 'casual' smoker like you a stoner, nor would I call a 'casual' drinker a drunk. But I would call anyone who drinks quite a few times a week a drunk, just like I called him a stoner.
But maybe that's just me and the way I was brought up.
