OK, serious now (dammit) The movie is about Andre telling his friend about some of the strange experiences he's had over the last two years. Some of them are really interesting. Actually they all are pretty interesting. It's also interesting to watch as the conversation goes from monolog to an actual dialog, or maybe dueling monologs is more accurate. The movie raises several questions, meaning of life kind of shit, but doesn't really give answers. These are big questions and I would hope they wouldn't be answered so easily or else the world is stupid.
It's worth watching at least once. If you enjoy it, it may be worth watching every now and again to see if it's different every time you watch it.
