Neither of the books are on Marvel's monthly "on-sale" lists. The lists go through March so they'll probably be released no sooner than April.
Last time Kevin was on taking questions I asked him about Daredevil and he said it was going to be a long wait.
I really want more Black Cat though, I have to find out what happens.
