I saw it the other night. it was kinda bizare in a really cool confusing way...that, or the drugs had kicked in by then. don't know. i did not enjoy her tight pitched texas twang. it was off-putting. but jake g (there's not way in hell i'm going to try to spell it) really captured my mental image of what growing up around really weird boys was like.
i saw "Amelie" last week or so as well, and i just love the fuck out of it. movies where you have to connect the mental picture w/ the real thing in your face type are always enjoyable. i now dream of my dream man that brings me peeled oranges and marbles he's found...damn over-active pyscho drama queen imagination that i suffer from.ugh. it hurt's to think. make room stop spinning.
